I would suggest getting an old sigma EX 105 mm Macro, it is an excellent lens, optically perfect, you can read a review on it on photozone.de. The only problem is that the auto-focus won't work on lower class cameras like your nikon d3200, but for me that is not a problem since macro lenses with big focal length are usual too slow for focusing, so I do it by hand anyway. The price of one second hand is usually around 200 euros or 250 dollars...
