Tether without a network

Hi everyone,

 

Just new to the forum, does anyone know how to wireless tether without a wireless network?

 

I'm using a D5 and WT-5

I would like to shoot wirelessly tethered using the D5 and the WT-5 using Microsoft operating system but without a wireless network, is this possible?
