My Nikon Z711 is set to RAW, but after one week on a shoot I went to open my files and they are all JPEG. I checked my settings, which still reflects RAW. Why are my photos in JPEG? I'm gutted. I installed an upgrade before I came on this shoot and checked my settings before leaving and they are all the same that I left them. Does this have to do with the upgrade or is something basic happening that I'm not aware of. Please help! My images from this shoot are done for. Thank you.

I purchased a Nikon Z7ii in June and 98% of the time when I switch it on the viewfinder/screen in completely black until I tilt it down and then up again quickly and here a mechanism sound. When I switch from viewing my photos to taking photos hitting the little arrow key to perform this function, the same thing happens- black screen unless I tilt it down and then up. This has resulted in a loss of quite a few street photography opportunities and I'm seeing support. Thanks.

How can I delete photos when I am in the full view of Nikon Viewer. I need to be in this mode to evaluate a photo before editing. Thank you.
