D810 switching shooting format from raw to jpeg mid shoot

Hi all,

I was shooting a wedding & when I went to post I noticed the camera had switched from Raw to Jpeg.

It happened from one shot to the next, no warning.

I have 4 bridesmaids in nef, the next shot.. same 4 bridesmaids same pose jpeg.

has anyone else had this happen?
