A little bit late getting these to the site (been laid low with chest infection) but thought I'd post a few from the last round of the British Superbikes Championship which was held at Brands Hatch a couple of weeks ago - pretty rainy day, but a few sunny spells helped
Hi - wondered if anyone had experienced a problem I've been having recently with my D300s (or any other Nikon DSLRs)?
Essentially, if I expose the camera to direct, hot sun for a few minutes I start to get the "triangle" F0 error message - i.e. that no lens is attached to the body. If I put the camera away for a while and let in cool, all back to normal.
The D300s is rated up to 400C, the problem usually occurs in upper 20s so not like it's reached the limit, plus I've never had a similar problem with other Nikon bodies I've had.
I've had it in to a Nikon approved repair centre once, but they were unable to replicate the fault - any thoughts anyone??
I got back into photogrpahy about 5 years ago after a bad sports injury left me with a lot of time on my hands as I wasn't trainnig/competing any longer.
I mainly shoot sport/motorsport and wildlife.
Hoping to be inspired by other users on here and keep on learning and developing my skills
