Connecting Andycine A6 plus monitor to D750

Hi All

I'm trying to connect a Andycine A6 plus monitor to my D750. There seem to be 2 connection possibilities - from the monitor 'HDMI in' to either the mini HDMI connection or the micro HDMI connection (sometimes used for tethering). I've got cables for both. In both cases, I'm getting a no signal message. With the mini HDMI, all camera displays are disabled. With the micro connection the camera displays remains active. I'm wondering if anyone has tried this, had any success and if so how?
