Capture NX-D problem

Hi. Can anyone shed any light why CNXD quits on opening every time on Windows 10. Nikon are trying to resolve but with no luck. Microsoft also tried to fix. Worked on new laptop fine for about a week and then started quitting. Still works on old laptop.

Hi there. I’m a Nikon D500 user and I’m having a ton of trouble with Capture NX-D. It won’t load the cache folder on installation so won’t work. Just quits after a second. Nikon and Microsoft cannot solve it. Any help would be appreciated.
