I'll echo Jerry.. top of head cut off and the hand looks all wrong, I'd also apply a slight crop off the right to balance the image

Unlike the other posters I think #3 is the best and most creative, the first two while being nice shots and well executed are '2 a penny', you will see pictures like those on every photo forum and gallery there is , but #3 shows creative vision, something different, and a pleasing image, good work
