In Topic: Difficult decision!

No disrespect, but I'm struggling to understand why you would want another FTZ,  especially given your primary use with the Z fc and smaller lenses.  Seems to me the only reason to have FTZ over FTZ II is for the tripod mount and you already have that covered.  Please let us know your decision.

Thank you both.

In Topic: Z6II Z6II Command Dial does not change shutter speed in S or M modes

Same camera, same firmware update, no issues.  Works either by touch screen or command wheel in both M and S modes.

Have your tried reinstalling the firmware update?  I would download a new copy of the file.  Failing that, try Nikon support.  Live chat on weekdays might be able to sort your problem.  Good luck.

Strictly amateur user.  I try to avoid tedious software correction of my photos  Like you, my main lens is 24-200mm Z lens.  I also use a 14-30mm on a Z6ii and have no serious issues with vignette or distortion, nothing that can't be solved with minor cropping.  I was able find a quality used 14-30mm at a price around $800 (be patient).  The size and weight of the 14-30mm allows me to carry it in my pocket, although, honestly, I don't use it that much.  It's a great lens.

I'm sure you have considered the Z 24-200/4-6.3.   Many positive reviews on YouTube, and reasonably priced (c. $1100).
