Z7 Electronic Curtain shutter Stock

Hello Community, 

My name is David and I have been working with Nikon cameras for a long time. I got a Z7 and a Z6, and I am a wedding photographer. 

In the last 4 months I have been dealing with a problem on the Z7, the electronic curtain get stock and the shooter doesn't work. the image said, press the shutter to release the camera, but it stay lock for almost 20 minutes. The situation repeat more when I place a transmitter in the camera. I would like your help to find out how to deal with this situation or if someone has the issue.
