Hey One & All

           Working my way through the D5600. In the playback menu I can get to the Playback Display Options and I can click and get a check mark in the RGB HIstogram box. But there is no "done" option, so while I hit "Ok" the setting doesn't take. I thought perhaps this was because I was shooting RAW so I reset for normal JPEG but still no luck. Thanks

           New to digital photography, bought the Nikon 5600 and because what I shoot has a tremendous range of whites and blacks I want to use spot metering which I understand dovetails with the small box auto focus feature AF-S I believe. If I set the red box on the spot that I want to dictate the exposure so that there is data in the brightest areas of the photograph do I need to just let the shutter speed, iso and aperture remain auto as well? Bit of a swiss army watch and trying to figure out the overrides. Please suggest tutorials if you think that would help. Thanks
