#68253 Tyresö Slott

Got tired of hanging around my house, so my wife and I took an early morning tripp to a castle with an adjancent churtch just outside Stockholm. This place on a normal year houses outdoor concerts and theater. It's situated a couple of hundred meters from the water. Really nice place.

#68010 Nikon d3500 autofocus issue

Posted by Bengan on 24 May 2020 - 09:07 AM

Take away the lens and take a photo showing the mirror and, if possible, one of what is seen through the viewfinder. Post those here. It sounds like a problem with your mirror

If you're seeing something in the viewfinder then it's not on the sensor. Sensor dust are seen as spots on photos and in live view.

#67881 D7200 focus issues, not rectified through AF Fine Tune

Could you please post one or two photos from the test and indicating which point of the chart you are focusing on.

Just checking: I suppose you're using singel point focus?

#67843 Hand strap, or sling?

Don't decide anything without looking at the Peak Design Slide. I started with Black Rapid and found their straps very good, but once I tried Peak Design products I never look back.

#67754 D7200 metering

Posted by Bengan on 08 May 2020 - 03:01 PM

Personally I don't think this has to do with change of light or exposure mode. To me this looks more like a lens problem. It looks like the aperture isn't stopping down fast enough. The second shot is always overexposed.

Have you tried another lens?

#67420 My SD card is Not Working Properly

Posted by Bengan on 17 April 2020 - 01:53 AM

I'm sorry to say that if the camera gave you an error message after each shot then there are probably no photos saved to the card.

Let's make sure.

Take out the card. Check the little slider on the side and make sure that it isn't in the lock position.

To make absolutely sure, insert the card in a card reader on your computer (either integrated or a separat one) and check if there are any photos stored on the card. If so, copy them to your computer.

Before removing the card from your computer, use the "Eject" command. This should always be done before removing the card from the reader.

Insert the card back in your camera and format it using the menu command. If there is an error, try a different card.

Be sure to buy good quality cards.
