Dirty Sensor D7200

Please I don’t know who can help me with this.

I bought a camera online and this one always gets the sensor dirty and I changed the Len but still the issue so I don’t what should I do of why is that for,

I don’t have warranty and send it to a couple of professionals to clean it but it still again and again after to be cleaned

\is that because the len? because the camera?
