Just ordered the Tamron 70-300mm which I notice you also have and are pleased with so that gives me some confidence! I like you go for the cheaper lenses, mainly because I cannot afford most official nikon lenses on my budget. :( but as long as they are sharp and good quality I don't see any problems. Should be here in a week so I'll post some test shots here when i get the chance. :)

I recently purchased the D7000, my budget didn't quite stretch to the D7100:( I like others have said I will just upgrade my lenses for the time being! I love the D7000 though. :)

Stunning! What else is there to say? Oh ye great angle and lighting. Great shot. :) I love the way the subtle light just illuminates the bonnet badge, perfect.

I found these on  an old backup disc,from the classic grand prix at Silverstone in 2010. They were taken with my FujiFilm Finepix S7000! It was a great camera and my first step towards a DSLR!
