Your best Pictorialist/Impressionist photos, permanent thread

I got an idea yesterday when I sat editing the shots from the Linnaeus' garden. Wouldn't it be fun to have a themed thread where we post shots we have made that are in an impressionist or pictorialist vein? Photography doesn't all have to be about perfect details. Let's play with presenting ideas in broad strokes and artistic interpretations instead.

I'll leave the EXIF out of the post, but if someone is interested, most, if not all of the EXIF is available by clicking on my photos to get to my gallery space. 

 

I usually have some little detail that is about as sharp as usual, just to catch the eye and make the viewer think...
