this first ever deer… it is not post-processed in any manner.

#65724 D750 Internal Memory?

I didn't think the D750 had any internal storage, does it have a demo mode for shop use in which case it may not record the images, did you have two cards in and have you checked both.

Got a little closer to what i want but still need to tinker a bit, lots of owners think AF fine-tune is not needed on mirrorless cameras, i find it often is and one of my arguments in to back this up is companies like Olympus and Nikon would not include the facility to do it if it was never needed.

#65631 Shadows around images

When I take portraits using my Nikon D7100 and SB700 Flash there are shadows around the figures in the image when I download. What can I do to eliminate this.

 

It would be better if you posted an example, it could be you need  light on the background or more distance between the subject and background.

E shutter can have its uses but you need to avoid certain situations and images, look up rolling shutter, this shows what can go wrong.
