Sometime before midnight (whatever time zone you are in) this Sunday, 25 February 2018, post the best photo you have taken this week. Any subject, any style—just give us your best shot.

If you can, list your EXIF info and any special lighting setups you may have used.

P.S. Peter is running a fun single-lens challenge--everyone is welcome to play. Just look for the One Week, One Camera, One Lens thread in the mini-challenge forums.

P.P.S. The editing exercises are taking a break at the moment, but feel free to play around in the old exercises.

Couldn't spend much time on this one (too bloody cold), so just natural light.

These were taken a couple weeks ago in Iceland.  I just downloaded them a few days ago.  I was hoping for Northern Lights but the weather didn't cooperate.  Actually the weather was real bad and we left early.  We were on the last flight out in the morning.  Airport closed for the day after that.  I did manage a few good landscape shots.

With current low temperatures, lakes are frozen, allowing for some nice pictures when sun shines.

Blade Runner K-50. :))

I saw this guy all by himself, so I had to give it some attention.  I have been having some troubles with reds this past week, with this equipment, but here it turned out quite well.  I did end up making a lot of adjustments in the presets and all I did with this shot in PPE was resizing.

Pentax K-50 with Pentax-DA 18~55mm AL lens.

1/125s, F/11, 4 EV,  ISO 100, Manual Exp., Mode, used built-in flash with CWA Metering.

Thanks so much for viewing.

Cheers,

Tony
