Sometime before midnight (whatever time zone you are in) this Sunday, 18 February 2018, post the best photo you have taken this week. Any subject, any style—just give us your best shot.

If you can, list your EXIF info and any special lighting setups you may have used.

P.S. Peter is running a fun single-lens challenge--everyone is welcome to play. Just look for the One Week, One Camera, One Lens thread in the mini-challenge forums.

P.P.S. The editing exercises are taking a break at the moment, but feel free to play around in the old exercises.

Probably won’t get out much this week but I did happen to run across this today. I don’t know what year it is but thinking early 1960’s. I used my 80 to 400 as it was a ways away.

D7200 with my Nikon 80 to 400
SS 1/1000, Aperture f/6.3 and ISO Automatic 450

Not much shooting for me this week.  Something unusual for us here in the American southwest, fog.

Spring is approaching, even if it still has a way to go.

I didn't think I'd have anything to share this week but my wife I went out photo hunting today and I bagged this one.  It'll have to do...

The Bibliothèque Solvay in Brussels

The building has hosted amongst others a number of high level international conferences about physics in the 1920s bringing together Einstein, Schrödinger, Heisenberg, etc.

Memorial for Parkland Florida High School shooting victims.  It's been a tough week in my community.  Please pray for those families who lost loved ones.  Please pray that we can find common sense solutions to mass shooting in the United States.

So one more dog photo from me this week...Raven looks cute in her new hat, but the pink hat with a bow just does not fit her personality...
