I’m setting my camera in Aperture priority mode and my ISO keeps sitting at either the lowest I set it at
How do I fix this?

Not sure I understand your question...are you asking about ISO when using Aperture Priority?  Do you have AutoISO turned on?  If so, what are those settings?  Can you show us an example with exposure data (Aperture, Shutter Speed, ISO) to help explain?

Press and hold the FN button. Then turn the dial to adjust ISO
