This domain is what's left of the original area that covered most of the region where I live.
Hooggoed is another of those leftovers.
It consisted primarily of marsh, moorland and forests.
This part holds a neo-gothic castle (now the visitors centre), a herb garden with a collection of old carriages, carts and farming tools. The park shows a typical grid of tree lanes.

This one was taken with Fujichrome Velvia 50
Arrived a bit later than the digital images  :huh: 

 

It might seem a pity to convert velvia to b&w but I like how it turned out  :)
