Hi,

I'm hoping someone can answer my question as to what is causing this effect and what I need to do in order to fix it, it's kind of hard to describe so I included a sample video. It's only in lower/poorer light applications while filming. Photos remain unaffected as far as I can tell. Unfortunately I'm needing to do a lot of filming in lower light scenarios so I need to fix this some way. I am going to try updating the firmware and distortion control data, but I have yet to do so.

The banding you are seeing is because of the time it takes the electronic shutter to draw from top to bottom, and the frequency of the artificial light source. They are out of sync and some lines on the sensor are actually being sampled when the light is off (or partially off).

Trying a slower shutter speed will help in most cases.
