I am using a nikon D600 and a nikon 20mm 2.8 lens. I am getting a repeatable problem with most shots. The image is sharp over most of the frame but has blurry areas to the right side of the image. I have included 3 shots to highlight my issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is difficult to say anything from these samples... Could you shoot something like a brick wall with the sensor plane parallel to the wall in both axis? In all your examples, the problem area is closer than the sharp area and might be outside of the DOF.

Is this the only lens you get it with, have you had the lens very long.
The reason for asking is it looks like a smudge possibly on an inner element (i guess you have checked front and rear element), especially if shots from other lenses are ok.
If it was top to bottom i would say the elements could be not centered but it looks more like a patch of fuzzy.

I was also thinking of the potential for it being a smudge or DOF...the brick wall idea is an excellent one so that everything is on the same focal plane...with that and the EXIF info, we should be able to figure it out!

Sorry it took so long to get back. I took some new samples but I really never have the issue when shooting things at a close range. It always when i am using my 20mm and its a large landscape shot with bright sun. I did notice some condensation on my UV filter today before I took the samples. I cleaned it off with a lens wipe and I do not see the issue when shooting large landscapes or the shots you guys asked me to post. That may have been the issue for sure. Anyway here are 3 samples of walls.
Thanks
Dave
