I have a F5 (yea, that is the film camera, not digital camera) and it keeps displaying an 'E'. It has been a LONG time since it was serviced so I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for where to send it in the USA for service.

F5 keeps erroring out on me

Camera Service Co. in Smyrna are authorized by Nikon and work much more on the older bodies than Nikon's own repair centres.
