Hello . as the subject state d5500 - manual mode - shutter speed changing every shot.

In manual mode I set shutter speed to 1/10 , F3.5 , iso 800 , take a shot and the speed changes to 1/30 another shot 1/15 it auto adjusts every shot so I have to use the dial to set it back to my desired speed to take many shots in the same manual setting  , some sort of auto shutter speed in M mode.

I hope there is a way to disable it ... anyone please ?

Have you activated bracketing by mistake? Press the i button to check. On the display there will be a square under the BKT heading. If that is on anything but off, you have automatic bracketing active.
