Need tips on promaster 100-400mm af nikon lens for $50 usa dollars

I they said should shoot it in full manual. Buts said might be able to to use in camera focus mode if camera has it. If you can give me any tips or help on it thank you have uv lens cominng. But can not find lens hood

This should work if the front thread is 67 mm. https://www.bhphotov..._Telephoto.html

 

If it is the Cosina-made lens, you might find it difficult to focus manually above 250 mm as the front part extends far enough for the focus helicoid to bind if the lens is the slightest bit worn.

It say lens has autofocus. But said if only if camera has ability interaly do it from it digtal sensor or digtal part of camera has ablity too.

The D3xxx and D5xxx bodies don't have the focus motor in the body that older lenses need for AF to work.
