Hello! My name is Gabbi! I'm 23 and in school for photography! My dream is to run my own photography business. I've already gotten started and I shoot every single weekend! I just upgraded to my first FX camera body, the D600, and I'm so excited to learn more from everyone here!!

Welcome to the forums, Gabbi!

As you browse the site, don't miss the Mini-challenges... subforum. The weekly Your best... and One week... challenges/exercises can work both as an inspiration and a way to get out and shoot more.

Hi Gabbi, and welcome! You will love your D600. It was my first full-frame camera as well, and even though I've upgraded to the D810, I still keep my D600 on hand as a second body for weddings and other events (just used it at wedding two weekends ago and I still love how it performs--not as strong in low light as my D810, but it still does a fantastic job). I hope you'll share some of what you're doing with it--Peter mentioned a couple of mini-challenges that are great places to share and interact with other folks on the forums. You are welcome to join us. Glad you're here!

Welcome to the forums. Lots of great photographers here to help you learn to apply what you learn in class.
