Hi everyone.   I've had my D500 only a couple of months and don't use the crop  mode option, ever.  But twice now I've had to turn off crop mode and have NO earthly idea how it was turned on/activated to begin with.  Is there another way that it gets activated other than in the menu/settings area, because it took me forever just to find out how to turn it off.

The Image area setting is probably assigned to one of the control buttons. Check your custom settings under f1.
