how to set camera to take pictures of solar eclipse. need iso f stop and shutter speed info.

i have firecrest 67mm eclipse filter and 3 setup rings to take pictures of eclipse. can someone post what setting i should set up my iso f-stop and shutter speed at.

Calibrate your exposure using the full sun a day or two before. Shoot with f/11 or f/16 and a series with every 1/3 step from 1/4000 to 1/15 at base ISO. Evaluate the histograms from the whole series and choose one that is as far to the right as possible without blowing any channel. If the sky is hazy, you can count on a difference of about 1 stop.
