Hy,

I have problem with autofocus on my camera.

When I press shooting button at half, camera does not turn AF before I totally press shooting button. Camera do AF just when I press  AE-L / AF-L  button before shooting, but I want focus with shooting button.

Somethimes it focus with shooting button but just somethimes. I tried to change AF modes and stuf like that, but nothing changed.

Please, help.

Sounds like you have "back button focus" turned on.  At some point, someone assigned the job of focusing to the AEL/AFL button which removes it from the shutter button.  You can find that in your menu somewhere or check your manual.
