I use this software. Not sure what they mean about hot key? Can you post the youtube video?

Here is, I believe, the video that HiFi is referring to. The "hot key" appears to be the Focus On button on the back of the camera.

After looking at the video again... I'm thinking it might be the AE/AF lock button rather than the AF On button. I don't have a camera with a dedicated AF On button but I believe it's on the right side of the AE/AF button. Also, if the software required that you press the AF On button that would eliminate a lot of cameras from using FoCal.
The software itself looks interesting. I'm wondering how it compares to other methods of focus calibration.

Yes, that's the video. Sorry, I should have included the link in my original post. After some more thought, it doesn't really matter if I have to click on the laptop instead of the camera. It sounds like the software would be easier and more accurate than the usual focus chart on an incline method.Here is, I believe, the video that HiFi is referring to.
