Hey guys, so sometimes when I am looking through my images on my PC, one image will be 25mb and the other will be 13 or so mb, though neither are cropped and both taken with the exact same equipment. Why is this?

Technically, no. But you may use software to compress your jpegs to a greater extent that "might" not be noticeable to you.
Just know that you will be losing information even though the visible difference may be subtle.

I use a Mac app called Acorn when exporting images for the web. I like it because it offers a very fast preview of what the exported image will look like prior to the export.
