Hi good people !
This may be a double post since I wrote on yesterday, but it never showed up.
I'm presently on the market to get a new camera, a Nikon of course!. I've done lots of photography in the past and the last camera I owned was an FM2, sold about 15 years ago.
In the last couple years, got myself a nice little Coolpix point an shoot for my travels.
Now back to more serious shooting, with the need of a good quality and affordable camera. Want to update myself with the more electronic/ high tech and recent development in light sensing etc..Did my researches and got really interested in a D7200. I do a lot of nature, scenic and some artistic type of pictures.
Got a bit worried recently when told the DX format has a less sharp definition and not an as good color definition than an FX like a D610.
Did more research and found out the difference was hardly noticeable. I could expect very sharp image definition and excellent color balance, as one could expect from a Nikon. Plus the DX lens are more affordable, since I intend to add eventually a 70-210 or 300.
Looking forward to the inputs from the nice and knowledgeable people of this forum.
Have a nice day
