My combination for this week will be the D300 and AF Nikkor 85/1.8 D.
If anyone else wants to shoot any single lens with me for a week, feel free to post what you get in this thread.

More flowers from the garden today. During my lunch hour, the light was far too hard for such a contrasty lens. These were shot as soon as I got home from work. This meant that I had a reasonable amount of light to work with, unlike yesterday.
Far too hard light midday again today. I went for a little walk at dusk instead.
I'll start with this one, just to surprise Dean again... They aren't exactly rare on Swedish roads. This is one of the few angles where the GM abominations still look like Saabs.
A trio from our walk yesterday evening. These two are OOC jogs because I didn't have time to even mildly tweak them...
This one, 'the one that got away' is very heavily cropped (50mm @ f1.4) and the camera was set to Auto-ISO but at a base setting of 100 and I didn't have time to change it. The camera defaulted to ISO100 and a shutter speed of 1/60th. It wouldn't work in a David Attenborough documentary but I quite like it.
So here are a few from last week with my D4 and 70-200
I had to include at least one action shot...my son is trying to teach himself to throw a net to catch bait fish.
He has had some success, but definitely needs work...I also wanted to get a photo of the weather vane on top of the roof of our dock...
A couple of general photos - landscape across the water and my neighbor's sailboat.
A general shot of our dock and a passing sailboat...
And a humming bird who happened to show up for a visit...
