I want to take a photo of this reflection on someone's face like sequins or other shiny objects reflect a bright or sometimes kind of rainbow colored reflection on things. How can I light something to make those reflections?

Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I'm guessing that you don't want to actually dust your subjects with glitter or sequins. If that's the case, then adding reflections in post is probably your best bet.
