When recording video I have lines running through from the lighting?

I couldn't find the right category for my Nikon. I own a Nikon Coolpix L830 and use it for nail-art videos and instagram vidoes.  For some reason I have lines going through my video footage after I take it.  Is there any way to fix the problem on my camera?  Should I raise the ISO sensitivity or exposure?  Thanks in advance.
