Sometime before midnight (whatever time zone you are in) this Sunday, 26 March 2017, post the best photo you have taken this week. Any subject, any style—just give us your best shot.

If you can, list your EXIF info and any special lighting setups you may have used.

P.S. Come play with us in the editing exercises (and feel free to play around in the old exercises too).

P.P.S. Peter is running a fun single lens challenge that we are all invited to participate in.

Spring has sprung, at least in Organ Pipe National Monument in southern Arizona.  We enjoyed an overnighter in SW Arizona in the small town of Ajo (Ah Ho) and drove through the national monument the following day.  Unfortunately, for us, it was the first day of spring break and the road, hwy 86, was jammed with cars going to the Sea of Cortez in Mexico, 30 miles south.

I am supposed to limit my walking still, so I may have over done it a bit this week.  I slipped out yesterday to a RR siding where I could sit and not worry about bring run over.. I took a new to me 35mm film camera along with 3 lenses nd one DSLR body. Here is one taken with the DSKR My K-S2 with my Nikkor 105 fitted with adapter. converted to B/W in ACDsee 9

Out walking through the neighborhood today.  Took the long lens in case we saw deer or interesting birds.  Got this instead.

Another week of not being able to get out much. Next week will be better. This week- Five Leica mount Russian lenses arrived, $9 each, sold as/is for parts.

This one is from 1957. Like me.

60 year old Grease. I had a cholesterol test this month. Was not "too bad".

$9 plus 2 Hours. Meyer Gorlitz is bringing back the 50/2.8 Trioplan, ~$500 will get you one. But it's not RF coupled, so I'll just use this one...

This is a moment captured between my daughter and my granddaughter with the Nikon D750/24-70 f2.8 lens combo.  Just love the emotion I captured, especially with the rain on the window.

This is a real Mommy-Daughter moment, perfectly preserved.
