Hi there

 

I am new to all this so would like a little help with my profile picture. How do I resize it to fit the box.

I also need some tips on taking an inside group photo. (camera and tripod)

I can send one already taken, as an attachment for everyone to critique if that is ok

You can attach photos directly to posts in the full editor.  Look for the "attach file" heading.

 

Your profile picture should automatically be scaled for you.  You can resize it using post-processing software such as photoshop, lightroom, gimp, etc.  There are also plenty of online tools for quick-and-dirty edits, such as pixlr.
