Alright, so I'm trying to capture a video feedback visual (filming a projector with the camera feed, creating fractals) but the [REC] icon/video timer ends up in the shot ruining the visual. I was able the turn off all the other info displayed with the info button but can't disable the annoying blinking red dot. Is there a way to disable ALL the info displayed while recording video allowing just the camera's video feed to show up on the projector? Any tips/help would be greatly appreciated!!

I'm using a Nikon D5500
