Hey everyone, glad to see nikon is finally getting an awesome forum setup to compliment users much like PF's! These are really awesome for checking out lens or cam reviews. I also love the classifieds sections of these sites , a lot of bargains to be had!

Right now I am considering the purchasing either a d610 or d800 to jump into the world of ff. wish me luck with my decision!

Welcome Dan. You can't go wrong with either camera. I have the D600 and love it.

I'm also in the same boat.... hoping to jump into full frame with either a D610 or D800.  I'm watching used D700's on E-bay, but am worried about buying older technology...

Welcome :) I am looking forward to buying the D7100 I will definitely buy new but I do know people who have bought 2nd hand & are very pleased with their purchase.

Hi Dan. 

 

It seems like everyone here is thinking about buying an upgraded camera... including myself. 

 

7100, or 5300 are my top two choices right now.
