The spotted background competes too much with the subject. That's the main flaw. She is closing her eyes too much and showing too much of her eyelids. Also, her arm is in an awkward position.

Can't say I disagree with anything that you said K-9. I noticed the background competition but not the eyes or arm. I should've gotten her to look higher I guess. Appreciate it!

And again I am agree with K-9, but in another order. First what I saw were models eyes I had such feeling that she will sleep wright now. The second was the arm. It is hanging in the air without any support. For me such hand position looks very unnatural and uncomfortable, maybe even unreal (I want to say that I can't imagine the situation in what anybody will hold his hand in such position). And the last was background. To be honest I need to say that noticed it only after I have reed K-9 comment.

top left background distracts the eye away from the model.

apart from positions as mentioned above, i actualy quite like it.
