Hi,

i am new around.

What is the difference between Gallery and Photo Sharing?

If i go to the Gallery i can see a upload button. But there is also the photo sharing section.

What is the difference? when should i use one and the other?

Thank You

The big difference is that there are many more members who read the forum threads and it is easier to find new content in the forums, so you will probably get more reads on your forum threads than galleries. I think the best way to reach as many as possible without running out of photo space is to post in the forums, but hotlink to your photos that are posted in the galleries or outside the site, like flickr and similar.

The gallery makes it easier to organize your photos and create collections/albums, whereas the forum is primarily for sharing and getting comments.  You can always link your gallery photos on the forum :)
