Hi fellow enthusiasts and professional.
I noticed my 70-200 was way off, it havent been in the past, but always had a bit of a pain capturing deer, and therefor used manual focus much too often... Birds it seems to hit every time, atleast in my experience..
Not sure if BODY @D800E needs adjustment, or that I can adjust the lens in a different way - especially since its a greymarket
None the less, here is an album
I feel the mud is in front of the deer no matter if I push + or - on the AF-Finetune? I couldnt nail it, is it - or + to make the focus FURTHER away, not closer?
Also, please give me your thoughts on which pictures turned out the best as for AF-Finetune on the glass, its all in the EXIF info.
Cheers,
Marc
Perhaps I should have done 100% zoom before upload, seems not possible fo zoom enough on flickr?
Focus point is head of deer in all the relevant pictures - hence, the ones where the deer has its head close to the mud
