Hello everyone!! I just bought a Nikon D3100 Body only and decided to buy a new lens on eBay ; her it is:

I asked the guy if it is compatible with my camera and he said YES but i am not sure if everything will work ( like auto-focus, VR II etc). so I was hoping if anyone could help me decide because i don't want to spend more than 100 USD and it seems like a good deal!
P.S:
My camera is rated for VR not VR II .
