Hii all

I'm using D700 and just bought Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 85mm f/1.8G.

When I look closely at the pictures I take the focus flee and it is not where I place it. Usually on the eye.

Did someone have the same experience?

What should I do?

Thanks

What do you mean by focus flee? Do you have some kind of front- or back focus problem? If so, try finetuning the autofocus. If you run out of adjustment range, it is time to let Nikon calibrate your new lens.

Might be worth posting an example with your settings as well so we can see if we can find out the cause.
