Thought I would try a different approach to usual spider photos and make it a bit more "edgy".

 

Let me know how you feel about. Shot on a D7100 with the Tamron 70-200.

Like the black background but the spider blends in to it a little. I mostly just want a little more of its body in focus. Still a cool shot though

Thank you for the comments. I agree that (especially the head) it should be more in focus.

Good photo, but it really would be better if bigger part of spider was in focus.
