I just bough a non-cpu lens, and using on D7100. Successfully entered lens data in menu.

 

Right now I have only one non-cpu lens, but my question is:  If I were to enter two or more lenses into the menu system, do I need to specify which lens is mounted, and how would I do that?

You either change it from the menu where you entered the lens data or you assign the choice of lens number to a button.
