Good morning All,

I just switched from a D 200 to a D 700. I am still working with a Tamron XR Di Af 28-300 lens which is obviously not a permanent solution for a D 750. What lens (same or similar specifications) would be best? specifically for the D 750? and where to get it?

Welcome to the Forums and congrats on the D750!  Nikon makes the AF-S NIKKOR 28-300mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR which is the same range as your current lens.  Can you give us an idea of what types of photography you do / enjoy?  Do you normally use it more at the wide or the telephoto end?  Any other information you can provide will help us give you a more complete answer.  Typically super-zooms do not get the same quality images as a combination of two or more lenses that cover the same range, but that doesn't mean you can't get nice images or that you need to move to multiple lenses.  Let us know what you are looking for and I'm sure there will be several excellent recommendations.
