Nice capture!
I think they are damselflies, though. Dragonflies don't fold their wings.

Yup. Thanks Merco. They are damselflies. In Filipino, 'tutubing karayom' (needle flies).

Very nice photography. Interestingly, the females submerge themselves, find an appropriate plant or stalk to lay their eggs and remain underwater for about one full minute.
