Hi,

I have shot time-lapse quite a bit with the Nikon D700. Its worked fine but now when i have it on interval mode it will stop taking pictures hundreds of images in, then start again randomly. I'm shooting plant time-lapse for a project and this has really crushed some setups that took a lot of time to unfold.

Can it fall into some kind of sleep mode? I could activate live view but this camera and set up is meant to run 24/7.

Any suggestions?

Some notes:

number of shots set to 999

interval 7 minutes.

lots of room on the card

pluged into power adapter.

Thanks!
