Sometime before midnight (whatever time zone you are in) this Sunday, 31 July 2016, post the best photo you have taken this week. Any subject, any style--just give us your best shot.

If you can, list your EXIF info and any special lighting setups you may have used.

P.S. Come play with us in the editing exercise. The editing exercise is taking a break for the summer, but everyone is welcome to go into old editing exercises and play around.

P.P.S. Also check out the new music inspiration challenge--we have until the end of the month to submit an image for the challenge.

Nice images you have posted today Jerry!

I'm jumping in early this week with two of some neighbors visiting yesterday...I have many more to go through, but wanted to share...

Very slight crop on each (taken at 200mm)...they really did let me get that close...probably around 10 feet at the closest...

Here's two variants on shots I took at the Mason Rodeo. I'm thinking of taking the neon one and making it into a window/bumper sticker type thing and selling it at the rodeos I shoot. It will need a little cleaning up, but people really seem to like it.

 Shot with the D5 and Tamron 150-600 @550mm. f6.3, 1/1250 and ISO 25,600.

Sales and service are moved into the new building so the old one is coming down.  I shot this yesterday morning while at work. grey overcast & windy day, with just enough breeze to move the flag for a change

Nice action shots, Brian! (Manual focus with that old lens, I'm guessing?? Sheesh...I don't have enough intestinal fortitude to try that for action.) That looks like a great time!
